Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order and are happy to offer a return for a change of size or store credit. Please note - this policy applies to all orders once placed and is compliant with both State and Commonwealth Australian law.
Change of Size
We accept change-of-size returns within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

Have all original tags attached

Be returned in original packaging where possible
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Lodge a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please email info@nalisa.shop with:

Reason for return
Your request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for organising and paying for return shipping.

Returns must be sent via Australia Post with tracking.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 2-5 Working Days. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method in full (excluding shipping cost) or issued as store credit.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us at info@nalisa.shop with your order number and clear photos.
- Should you receive damaged or faulty goods, an incorrect order or feel it is not as advertised please contact us at info@nalisa.shop within 7 days of receiving the new item so we can determine the next course of action. Be sure to provide your order number as well as photos or videos so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
- Nalisa reserves the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing. If an item is deemed as having a manufacturing defect you will not incur any additional costs, and will be offered a replacement item, refund, or store credit.
If a fault is confirmed, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Please note this does not apply to general wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
