We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Germany, Sweden, Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong.
All shipping prices below are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and exclude order processing, pre-order waiting periods and customs delays. Deliveries outside major metropolitan areas may take longer. Your tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Duties and Taxes
United States, Canada, Germany and Sweden: Applicable import duties and taxes are collected at checkout and prepaid through our shipping provider. If you receive an additional customs payment request, please contact info@nalisa.shop before paying so we can investigate.
Japan and Singapore: Any applicable import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping prices. The destination postal service or customs authority may require payment before delivery.
Hong Kong: Our clothing is generally not subject to import duties, VAT or GST.
International Returns
Eligible international returns are accepted for store credit only. Customers are responsible for tracked return shipping to Australia. Please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy for full details. This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer law.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-order items are products that are available to purchase before they are ready to be shipped. Payment is taken in full at checkout, and the estimated dispatch timeframe will be displayed on the relevant product page.
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your full order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is available. To receive your in-stock pieces sooner, please place them in a separate order.
